About the role
The role is responsible for managing the culinary department on board.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the kitchen staff and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement new menu items based on guest feedback and trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful event planning and management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train staff.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Valid food handler’s license.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Pay
$100,000 - $120,000 annually.
