Responsibilities

• Lead the construction of custom decks, porches, pergolas, and 3-season rooms.
• Execute complex framing, roof structures, wood stairways, and window/door installations.
• Work expertly with various materials, including pressure-treated wood and high-end composite decking.
• Read and interpret detailed building plans and architectural drawings.
• Create and verify material take-offs and manage job site safety in accordance with OSHA standards.

Requirements

• Crew leads must have at least 5 years of construction experience specifically focused on decks, pergolas, and roof structures.
• A keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a tidy personal appearance.
• Must own a reliable vehicle (capable of transporting materials/tools) and a full set of professional-grade tools.
• Maintain and provide proof of active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance policies.
• Comfortable with ladder work and framing roof structures.
• A positive attitude and a proven track record of punctuality.
