Decision Science Analyst Lead - Member Value

For our client, we are seeking a Decision Science Analyst Lead - Member Value to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide advanced analytics efforts that inform member-focused business decisions and strengthen value creation across the organization. The position blends statistical problem-solving, data exploration, and communication of insights to cross-functional partners. You will help shape analysis requirements, deliver clear recommendations, and support adoption of modern analytics methods that improve decision quality and business outcomes.
