We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join a growing precision manufacturing team producing components for the aerospace, medical, commercial, and industrial markets. This opportunity is ideal for someone with steady hands, strong attention to detail, and an interest in building a long-term manufacturing career.

Responsibilities

• Deburr and finish precision-machined components.
• Remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections.
• Inspect parts for cosmetic and dimensional quality.
• Work with small, detailed components using hand tools and precision equipment.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate with production and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, precision-based work.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Previous experience in deburring, polishing, assembly, inspection, machining, or precision manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Pay

$18.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• A-Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
• B-Shift: Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM–12:30 AM
• C-Shift: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM (work 36 hours and receive 40 hours of pay)
