Debt Adviser

About the role

We're expanding our specialist debt team to meet growing demand for our services. Every day, we support people facing debt, financial hardship and crisis, helping them understand their options, resolve complex issues and improve their financial wellbeing. As a Debt Adviser, you'll provide high-quality debt advice and casework, working with clients by telephone, video and in person. You'll help people explore their options, negotiate solutions, maximise income and access the support they need to move forward confidently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience delivering debt advice at casework level
• Strong communication and client advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and achieve positive outcomes
