About the role
Debit Fraud Technician position paying $15–$21 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Process and investigate fraudulent transactions.
- Conduct initial reviews, disputes, and enter credits or escalate for higher‑level review.
- Perform data entry and maintain tracking systems.
- Work in a fast‑paced, open environment.
Requirements
- Financial or customer service experience.
- Data entry experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Cards experience is helpful but not required.
Pay
$15 – $21 per hour.
