About the role
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Dearborn branch, including customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase branch revenue
- Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Train and supervise branch staff
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve branch goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of banking or financial services experience
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay
