About the role

The next HLLC Dean will lead a nationally recognized initiative that is revolutionizing honors education, cultivating talent, and engaging communities. The Dean is the chief academic and administrative officer for the HLLC. The Dean provides leadership, direction, and overview for all HLLC programs, services, and initiatives. The Dean works with all stakeholders across the campus including university faculty, administrators, and staff to create an exceptional community of students who share a passion for learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in higher education administration and leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and development activities.
