The Dean of Student Services leads daily implementation of student support systems, including discipline, climate, and Tier 2/3 intervention coordination. This role ensures consistent behavioral systems and responsive support structures across divisions.
Discipline & Climate Systems
- Oversee discipline processes.
- Implement restorative and proactive behavior frameworks.
- Monitor referral trends.
- Crisis Response
- Lead crisis management protocols.
- Support staff during behavioral escalations.
Intervention Coordination
- Coordinate Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports.
- Support behavior intervention plans.
- Ensure accommodations are implemented effectively.
Collaboration
- Partner with Division Heads to maintain consistent expectations.
- Support staff training on classroom management within experiential settings.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the CEO to support the evolving needs of the organization.

Terms of Employment
- Full-time, 11-month position.
- Salary and benefits commensurate with experience and locally competitive.
- Expected Salary Range: $78,000 - $100,000 annually.
