Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides strategic, collaborative, and innovative leadership in developing and overseeing divisional plans related to academic programs, curriculum, scheduling, and learning environments to ensure institutional effectiveness, address student needs, and meet accreditation and regulatory standards.
- Ensures that division plans align with and support the college's mission, vision, strategic initiatives, and goals.
- Provides leadership, supervision, and guidance to faculty and staff within the division.
- Provides leadership and oversight of programs and curriculum, instructional delivery across all modalities, and academic assessment activities.
- Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develops, manages, and plans the division’s operating budget.
- Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships with business and industry partners, agencies, community organizations and, education institutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Humanities or Fine Arts related field
- 3 years of progressive administrative experience at the collegiate level in a leadership role.
- Preferred: PhD in Humanities or Fine Arts related field
- Preferred: 5 years of progressive administrative experience at the collegiate level in a leadership role.
