About the role

The Dean for Spiritual Life / University Pastor will lead the spiritual life of the university community, fostering a vibrant and inclusive Christian environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus ministries and student organizations
• Provide pastoral care and counseling services
• Develop and implement programs that promote spiritual growth and community building
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate faith-based initiatives into academic and administrative processes

Requirements

• MBA or Master’s degree in Theology, Ministry, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in higher education or ministry
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others
• Experience in strategic planning and program development

Qualifications

• Active member of a Christian denomination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for higher education and student development
