$25.00++ per hour (combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or until work is completed

About the role

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable Dealership Support Technician to service automotive dealerships throughout the Fremont and San Jose area. This is a hands-on, field-based position for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, working outdoors, and visiting different dealership locations throughout the day. You'll help dealerships keep their online vehicle inventory accurate and up to date.

Your responsibilities will include locating vehicles and keys, moving vehicles into designated staging areas, communicating with dealership staff, and capturing vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app. No professional photography experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you our process from the ground up. This is not a creative photography or studio position. It's a structured, process-driven job focused on reliability, efficiency, consistency, communication, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Follow an assigned schedule and travel to designated dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle
• Locate vehicles, keys, and dealership contacts to complete daily assignments
• Move vehicles into designated staging or photo areas
• Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app
• Communicate directly with dealership staff about vehicles that are missing, unavailable, or not ready
• Follow established processes and quality standards for every vehicle
• Complete assigned work efficiently while staying on schedule
• Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day
• Represent Pro-MotionPix professionally at every dealership

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle required
• Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred
• Automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar hands-on experience preferred
• Comfortable walking dealership lots and performing physical tasks throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
