About The Role Our Human Resources Department in Pasadena is seeking a Dealership Photographer. This is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. In this position, you will contribute to the success of Rusnak Automotive Group (the Company) by directing the Rusnak/Pasadena photo studio. Compensation: $25.00/hr Compensation will be based on experience and skill level. Benefits: Professional Development Competitive Pay Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD) Employee Assistance Program 401(k) Retirement Plan Sick Pay, Vacation, and Holiday Pay Employee Wellness Program Flexible Spending Account Employee Referral Bonus Program Employee Discounts/Perks Responsibilities Successfully manages the operations of the Dealership Photography Studio Manage the entire photo process from start to finish for all Pasadena dealerships (Jaguar, Porsche, Bentley/Rolls-Royce/Maserati, and Audi); oversee vehicle preparation, image and video capture, image processing and uploading. Work with dealership sales teams to maintain efficient studio operations; assess needs and timeline and ensure photos are taken in a timely fashion and that output meets marketing department goals. Responsible for quality control throughout photo process. Ensure studio processes and standards established by the Marketing Director and Rusnak photography consultants are being followed. Lead special photo and video projects - production of web and TV content. Manage dealership point-of-sale materials and sign requests. Establish and maintain a monthly schedule to review and execute signage updates. Ensure all sign requests are approved by upper management and do not exceed dealership budgets. Qualifications Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive products. Minimum 2 years of professional photography experience. At least eighteen (18) years of age. Current California Driver License with clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
