Dealership Parts Advisor

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts requests
• Look up OEM and aftermarket parts using electronic catalogs
• Order, receive, and stock automotive parts and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Process invoices, returns, and warranty parts
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to the service department
• Provide outstanding customer service at the parts counter and over the phone

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) parts knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license required
