Dealership Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles, ensuring each piece of equipment is ready for action.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues swiftly, keeping our fleet running smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment, fostering a space where everyone can work effectively.
• Track and document repairs, parts, and maintenance schedules, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and communicate them clearly with team members, building trust and understanding.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure safety is always at the forefront of our operations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into daily work, enhancing our service quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Solid mechanical experience (small engines, gas, diesel, or fleet maintenance preferred)
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize safety
• Attention to detail and pride in doing things right the first time
• A team-first mindset and strong communication skills
• CDL a plus, but not required

Pay

$25 - $32/hour
