Dealership Inventory Media Specialist

About the role

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a Full-Time Automotive Photographer to capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos of dealership vehicles for online listings. Using a company-provided iPhone and app, you’ll travel between dealership locations, stage vehicles, and ensure inventory is accurately documented and visually appealing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and working outdoors. No prior photography experience? No problem — we provide paid training.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops)
• Capture professional photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app
• Locate keys and move vehicles to staging areas
• Ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and photo-ready
• Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicle availability and readiness
• Track completed work and upload through mobile tools

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Can handle physical tasks (walking lots, moving vehicles)
• Are organized, self-motivated, and efficient
• Communicate clearly and solve problems independently
• Provide excellent customer service
• Comfortable with mobile technology and data entry

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening

Skills

• Manual transmission driving experience (preferred but not required)

Pay

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until route completion)
