BDC Representative Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
  • Loading customer details and comments into our CRM system.
  • Scheduling appointments and following up with customers.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date knowledge of our software to assist with tasks.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with our service.
  • Aiding in promoting any available dealership promotions.
  • Assisting with various tasks at the dealership.

BDC Representative Requirements

  • No prior experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and the internet.
  • A professional and personable demeanor with a positive attitude every day.
