BDC Representative Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
- Loading customer details and comments into our CRM system.
- Scheduling appointments and following up with customers.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date knowledge of our software to assist with tasks.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with our service.
- Aiding in promoting any available dealership promotions.
- Assisting with various tasks at the dealership.
BDC Representative Requirements
- No prior experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and the internet.
- A professional and personable demeanor with a positive attitude every day.
