Responsibilities
- Registers new licensed vehicle dealers, updates registered licensed dealers, and verifies that agents are legal representatives of licensed dealerships.
- Maintains accurate dealer information in the computer system; provides information to managers as needed.
- Processes credit history inquiries and conducts periodic audits to ensure accurate and current information in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Performs all duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or designated manager.
- Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are always followed.
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- A High School Diploma or GED required
- Effective customer service and resolution skills required
- Strong written and oral communication skills required; experience with diverse individuals preferred
- 1–2 years of office experience preferred
- Computer experience, including data entry, word processing, and scheduling required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM preferred
- Bilingual communication skills preferred

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is listed in the "Job Details" section at the bottom of this posting. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
