Dealer Part Time (Caesars LV)

Responsible for all aspects of dealing with assigned games and assists the Table Games Service Supervisor in tracking play and game observation. Greets and recruits new casino customers while providing friendly, excellent service to every guest. 3+ years experience required; must know at least three of the following games: Roulette, European Roulette, Craps/Dice, Tiles, Pai Gow Poker.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area.
• Deals assigned games by delivering cards or game pieces, determining winners and losers, and collecting and paying bets.
• Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures.
• Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary.
• Greets guests with a proper company‑standard introduction and initiates conversation.
• Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Well‑groomed appearance.
• Age requirement: 21 years or older.
• 3+ years of multiple‑games dealing experience (must know at least three of: Roulette, European Roulette, Craps/Dice, Tiles, Pai Gow Poker).
• Excellent customer‑relations and communication skills.
• Willingness to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with co‑workers and work as a team.
• Gaming License (cards needed).

Additional Requirements

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Calmly manage many customers’ demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Memorize game rules and procedures; perform mathematical computations quickly and accurately when determining winners, losers, and payouts.
• Good manual dexterity for quick, accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
• Accurately balance the chip bank at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Excellent vision (including peripheral) to protect the games.
• Ability to read, verify, and sign appropriate game‑related documents in a confined area.
• Tolerance for environments with secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
