Join Chase Auto, a leader in auto financing with over $90 billion in assets and partnerships with 75% of U.S. franchised automotive dealers. As part of JPMorgan Chase, we serve vehicle manufacturers, auto dealers, and consumers with financial products and services—including retail lending, captive financing, commercial services like floorplan products, and treasury services such as deposits, cash management, and payment processing.

About the role

As the Dealer Marketing Strategy Lead within Chase Auto, you will own the dealer marketing strategy that accelerates dealer network growth and product deepening across the Chase Auto franchise. You will blend B2B marketing excellence with management consulting and corporate strategy rigor to define segmentation and positioning, enable a geographically distributed sales force, and drive integrated go-to-market programs. These include insight-led thought leadership and multi-channel activation (e.g., gated research, executive-ready insights, event/conference activation, PR/social programming, webinars, and supporting assets). You will operate in a highly matrixed environment, influencing across Sales, Product, Analytics, and Communications/PR to deliver measurable outcomes through disciplined KPI management and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute dealer marketing strategies that drive dealer network growth and product adoption, aligned to annual business priorities.
  • Define segment-based positioning and messaging for bundled solutions across key dealer types and sizes.
  • Assess competitive and market dynamics and translate insights into differentiated value propositions and go-to-market messaging.
  • Apply structured strategy approaches to identify growth opportunities, build business cases, and recommend priorities.
  • Lead insight-driven thought leadership programs (which may include commissioned research and gated content) and convert insights into reusable messaging and assets.
  • Establish a scalable content ecosystem that repurposes core narratives across digital channels, events, webinars, public relations, social, and executive briefings.
  • Own sales enablement strategy and materials for a geographically distributed sales force, including pitch content, talk tracks, and segment-specific storylines.
  • Build and run an enablement cadence (launch toolkits, readiness checklists, quarterly planning materials, and feedback loops) and measure adoption and impact.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns and experiences (digital, events, webinars, promotional activity) to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion.
  • Set key performance indicators and a success scorecard; deliver routine reporting and executive presentations to inform decisions and optimize return on investment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business-to-business marketing, go-to-market strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a combination of these areas.
  • Minimum 10 years of total professional experience delivering measurable growth outcomes through marketing and go-to-market programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment and align senior stakeholders to a shared go-to-market plan.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including creating and delivering senior-level presentations and written briefings.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to diagnose performance, generate insights, and make decisions.
  • Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging, narratives, and sales-ready materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration preferred.
  • Auto retail, dealer, or automotive industry expertise.
  • Financial services experience.
  • Experience building business-to-business marketing programs within a large enterprise and supporting geographically distributed sales teams.
  • Experience developing and executing sales enablement strategies (content, field readiness, adoption measurement, and funnel impact).
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (e.g., segmentation, automation, journey orchestration, and campaign performance measurement).
  • Management consulting and/or corporate strategy experience with strong executive storytelling and business case development.
