Dealer (Dual Rate Floor Supervisor)

Essential Job Functions (Dealer)

• Deals various table games.
• Handles currency and chips.
• Protects bankroll.
• Follows house rules and dealing procedures.
• Maintains surveillance of the layout at all times.
• Must be able to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities during emergencies or otherwise as required by the Marine and/or Security departments of a Coast Guard certified vessel.

Essential Job Functions (Floor Supervisor)

• Supervises dealers within a designated pit area.
• Issues markers/credit.
• Orders fills and credits.
• Verifies financial transactions at tables.
• Monitors betting and playing actions.
• Arbitrates customer disputes.
• Rates customer play.
• Establishes customer base.

Other Job Functions

• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Provides service to internal and external customers that aligns with the company's culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
• Immediately informs the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity, in accordance with the company's Self-Reporting Policy.

Job Qualifications

• Experience Required: Three years prior experience as a Dealer.
• Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required: Thorough knowledge of several games including at least two main games (Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, or Poker); effective communication skills.
• Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
• Specialized Requirements: Ability to move around the casino floor during the entire shift; ability to monitor multiple tables simultaneously; ability to hear dealer calls from up to four tables away.
