About the role
Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem connecting fund managers, investors, and operators with deal flow, certified analyst support, and institutional infrastructure across private markets. This role is ideal for professionals with strong market insight, operational visibility, or sector expertise.
Responsibilities
- Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary transaction signals
- Flag early-stage investment opportunities for Initio Sphere’s network
- Provide concise, high-level deal context (asset type, structure, economics, investment thesis)
- Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
- Support early diligence handoff to certified analysts (who handle modeling and underwriting)
- Do not provide investment advice, solicit securities, market investments to the public, or represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
Requirements
- Strong market insight, operational visibility, or sector expertise
- Experience with commercial real estate, private equity, operating businesses, or structured investments
- Ability to identify and validate early-stage investment opportunities
- Experience working with and understanding deal flow in private markets
Qualifications
- No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal signal generation
- Performance-based compensation ranging from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal
- Activation through a structured verification and approval process
- Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and market visibility
Skills
