Responsibilities

• Supports buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements.
• Performs financial and data analysis under supervision.
• Assists with preparation of schedules and analyses.
• Collaborates with team members to support engagement delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in accounting, audit, or financial analysis roles.

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel: Up to 10–15% locally and nationally.
• Scheduling: Flexibility during engagements.
