About the role

We are seeking a Deal Executive to join our Sourcing team in New York or Los Angeles. This role will be full-time and hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Sources and qualifies potential deals
  • Conducts due diligence on deal opportunities
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders
  • Prepares and presents deal proposals to senior management
  • Manages the negotiation process and finalizing agreements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in deal execution or sourcing roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements

Pay

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually
