About the role

The Deal Desk Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Global Sales team by ensuring all deals are well-structured, aligned with Yubico's commercial policies, and efficiently processed. This position requires a detailed approach and a passion for driving efficiency and strategic support.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to structure and validate deals, ensuring alignment with Yubico's commercial policies.
  • Manage and process US Channel Purchase Orders (POs) to maintain accuracy and facilitate inventory availability.
  • Serve as a central support hub for the sales-side booking and fulfillment lifecycle within Salesforce, coordinating with various teams as needed.
  • Identify and report system bugs or process inefficiencies through Jira tickets, collaborating with the Sales Operations team.
  • Support high-volume periods by maintaining availability for extended hours during End of Quarter and End of Year cycles.
  • Provide critical support during these periods with a high level of self-sufficiency and resourcefulness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience applying or implementing Deal Desk best practices within a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in tech or enterprise software sales support, sales operations, or a related enablement capacity.
  • Flexibility to support global operations across various time zones and adapt to fluctuating schedules as business needs dictate.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and a strong understanding of maintaining data integrity across integrated business systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with deal management and support systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Skills

  • Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of deal structures and global transaction complexities.
  • Ability to interpret complex documentation and provide accurate information.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Pay

The annual salary range for this role is $23 USD - $27 USD.
