About the role

We're hiring a Deal Desk Analyst to join our Revenue Operations organization. This role is crucial for driving day-to-day deal operations, supporting sales teams, and ensuring smooth deal flow.

Responsibilities

  • Process deals by creating and managing quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ accurately and within SLA.
  • Route approvals through the approval matrix, tracking status and coordinating with approvers to minimize cycle times.
  • Support sales reps by providing timely responses to pricing, packaging, and process inquiries, and offering alternative contract options to expedite deal closure.
  • Maintain deal hygiene and accurate opportunity and quote data in Salesforce.
  • Prioritize order processing during periods of high volume and manage schedules flexibly at month and quarter ends.
  • Escalate complex or non-standard deals to senior members of the team for handling.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales to facilitate, process, and execute standard and non-standard deals.
  • Help improve our CPQ tool, DealHub, and associated workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or order management within B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with CPQ and quote to cash processes (Salesforce, DealHub, or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder service mindset and clear, well-structured communication.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based pricing, and revenue recognition principles.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment.
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator when discussing and sharing sensitive data with a range of business functions.
  • Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills (required).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
