Deal Advisory Director (Healthcare)

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements
• Develop client relationships and engage with target company executives
• Perform quality of earnings and working capital analyses
• Identify matters impacting enterprise value and pricing
• Evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies
• Communicate due diligence findings effectively
• Supervise multiple professionals and prioritize tasks
• Participate in performance reviews and business development activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA preferred
• 10+ years of professional services experience; 7+ years in healthcare diligence
• Strong skills in GAAP, data analysis, and critical thinking
• Experience with Private Equity groups preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
