Deaf/Hard of Hearing ASL Interperter (5 positions available)

Schedule: 8.0 hours per day, 184 days per year.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid American Sign Language certification through the State Board for Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI) or the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID)
• Minimum of two years' experience working in sign language or interpreting functional area in an education setting, and communicating in English/Spanish

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience in providing sign language interpretation for students with hearing impairments
