Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals through the implementation of all procedures.
• Support individuals in accessing and providing transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• A valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

• Strong advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and evidence-based practices.

Pay

Open Sky offers competitive compensation and an additional hourly differential based on skills, location, training, and population served in certain programs.

Schedule

Hours may vary based on the specific program and individual needs, but typically range from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
