DCW Compliance & Onboarding – Nogales, AZ
Location: Nogales, Arizona
About the role
We’re looking for a DCW Compliance & Onboarding specialist to support our Direct Care Workers in the Nogales area. This role plays an important part in helping new employees get off to a great start while ensuring required training, credentials, documentation, and compliance requirements stay on track.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding process for newly hired Direct Care Workers
- Guide new hires through required paperwork, orientation, training, and pre-employment requirements
- Maintain regular communication with employees throughout onboarding
- Review employee documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Track certifications, credentials, clearances, training, and expiration dates
- Follow up on missing, incomplete, or expiring requirements
- Assist with coordinating DCW orientations and required training
- Maintain organized and accurate electronic personnel and compliance records
- Monitor ongoing compliance requirements for current employees
- Help employees understand what they need to complete and when it is due
- Work closely with Recruiting, HR, Operations, and other team members to help employees become work-ready as efficiently as possible
- Identify documentation or compliance gaps and help employees resolve them
- Update tracking systems and employee records accurately and consistently
- Support organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements
Requirements
The right person for this position is organized, approachable, dependable, and persistent with follow-up. You should be comfortable managing multiple employees and deadlines without losing sight of the details.
- Experience in any of the following areas is especially helpful:
- Employee onboarding
- Compliance or credentialing
- Human Resources support
- Healthcare administration
- Home care or behavioral health
- Developmental disability services
- Direct Care Worker programs
- Comfortable working with email, spreadsheets, electronic records, and computer-based tracking systems
- Understand the importance of protecting confidential employee information
