Description Outdoor Network is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Distribution Center team in Albany, GA. As a DC Team Member, you play a direct role in keeping our customers supported and our operations running smoothly. Every order picked, packed, and shipped correctly impacts marine and powersports professionals across our network. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with consistent hours and a team-focused environment. We also rotate team members throughout the day across different warehouse functions so everyone is cross-trained and continuously developing new skills. What Makes This Role Stand Out Consistent Monday–Friday schedule5 days per week, 40 hours per weekNo rotating shiftsCross-training across multiple warehouse functionsVariety in your day — not stuck doing the same taskStable, full-time position with growth potential What You’ll Be Doing Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficientlyEnsure shipments are processed on time and ready for deliveryVerify quantities and part numbers before orders leave the building Receiving & Inventory Receive inbound inventory and verify accuracyProcess stock and customer-specific orders into warehouse systemsMaintain strict inventory controls to support accuracyIdentify and report discrepancies when found Rotational Cross-Training Rotate between picking, packing, receiving, and other operational tasksLearn multiple areas of the Distribution CenterSupport teammates across departments during high-volume periods Team Collaboration & Safety Communicate openly with co-workers and supervisorsFollow all safety rules and warehouse proceduresOperate warehouse equipment responsibly and according to company policy Additional Responsibilities Assist with other warehouse duties as neededResponsibilities may evolve based on operational needs Requirements Team player with a strong work ethicReliable and punctualComfortable learning new systems and processesPhysically capable of lifting, pulling, or pushing at least 30 poundsWilling to be flexible and learn multiple areas of the operationHigh school diploma or equivalent Work Environment Active warehouse environmentStanding for extended periodsBending, kneeling, twisting, and liftingRegular use of computer systems for inventory and order processing
