Responsibilities

• Keep team, visitors, and brand safe and secure
• Lead through crisis events
• Protect profitable sales by mitigating shortage risks
• Investigate and resolve theft and fraud
• Execute yard and perimeter patrol routines
• Operate Target-owned vehicles
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols
• Manage truck gates and visitors

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and remain calm during crisis situations
• Maintain a valid driver's license
• Prioritize tasks and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
• Lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally
• Operate technology systems with minimal direction
• Attend to various locations on property including stairwells, rooftops, truck yard, mezzanine, on or near automation/technology, and trailers

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred but not required
• Ability to de-escalate situations
• Ability to respond quickly and safely to security incidents

Pay

The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
