DC General Warehouse Equipment Operator, Weekend Shift
About the role
Work four 10 hour days, Friday - Monday 6:30a-5p. Earn $23.50/hr with the ability to earn up to $5.50/hr more based on individual incentive. Overtime may be required, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
- Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flawless flow of goods.
- Absorb and complete necessary documentation and records related to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation.
- Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments.
- Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch.
- Follow Company compliance and HSE policies, procedures, and requirements closely.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Dedication to health and safety standards.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts.

Pay & Benefits
Pay Range: $15.00 - $34.66 Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
