DC Freezer Associate A Rosina Food Products | Buffalo, NY Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour Job Summary Rosina Food Products is looking for an experienced and dependable DC Freezer Associate A to join our Distribution Center team. This position plays an important role in our daily warehouse and freezer operations, including shipping and receiving, order selection, inventory accuracy, loading and unloading trailers, and supporting the day-to-day workflow of the department. The Associate A will also help train and guide team members and support department operations when the Supervisor is unavailable. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take on additional responsibility and continue developing their leadership skills. What You'll Do Review and help plan daily shipping and receiving activitiesAssist with shuttle operations and appointment schedulingSelect, stage, verify, and label customer ordersSafely load and unload trailers and complete required documentationComplete inbound and outbound postings and ensure transactions are accuratePerform cycle counts and research inventory discrepanciesEnsure accurate product put-away and inventory documentationSupport Warehouse and Production with daily operational needsHelp train, guide, and support other associatesAssist with managing department operations when the Supervisor is off dutyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company, USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP, food safety, and PPE requirementsPerform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of warehouse and inventory experienceBasic computer skillsAbility to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and proceduresStrong attention to detail and inventory accuracyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to work safely and efficiently in a freezer environmentForklift certification required; Rosina provides certification in-house Physical & Work Environment Requirements This is an active warehouse position. Associates must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift, regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds, occasionally move up to 25 pounds, and push/pull up to 100 pounds. The position involves working around moving equipment and in varying temperatures, including cold/freezer conditions. Compensation $23.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
