DC Forklift Operator - Inbound
Essential Job Functions
- Moving incoming merchandise from truck to dock, and dock to correct stocking areas.
- Stocking all rack merchandise.
- Arranging rack surplus from zones in the appropriate manner.
- Setting down rack surplus for zones so orders can be filled and replenishments can be made to stocking locations.
- Performing any miscellaneous tasks that require a fork truck.
- Replenishing outbound totes as needed, where applicable.
- Aiding with maintenance of mezzanine zones.
Skills/Education/Experience Required
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Operating knowledge of fork trucks and power equipment.
- Desired high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience operating various types of power equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of parts lines in warehouse and surplus merchandise locations.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
