Responsibilities

  • Validate and sign off on vendor deliveries.
  • Load/Unload trucks as needed.
  • Kit, verify, count all fab shop and job site materials.
  • Update Bill of Material spreadsheets.
  • Drive company vehicle to vendors DC’s to pick up Will Call material.
  • Stock and document material.
  • Pulls orders for delivery to job sites. Ensures items pulled are correct and in working order.
  • Operate sit down propane forklift to store/pull product from floor and pallet rack locations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
  • Meet all production and job site schedule deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years prior Distribution Center or Warehouse experience.
  • Background in plumbing, sheet metal and/or construction preferred.
  • Experience in Inventory Control, Inventory Management, Manufacturing & Production will be considered.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work in fast paced distribution center environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on feet for extended periods.
  • May require standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movements.
  • May involve working in varying temperatures depending on the facility.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Special Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License.
