Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a lead/supervisory role
  • Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 80% of the time
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout the distribution center
  • Ability to support warehouse tasks with direct labor when needed
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

About the Role

You will oversee the daily operations of an assigned warehouse area, ensuring efficiency, safety, and engagement. This role is key to maintaining production goals, supporting associates, and fostering a strong safety culture. You will partner with Operations and HR leadership to drive results, coach employees, and support business needs in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Pay

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities: $58,000 - $72,000
