- Ability to stand and walk up to 80% of the time
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the distribution center
- Ability to support warehouse tasks with direct labor when needed
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

You will partner with Operations and HR leadership to drive results, coach employees, and support business needs in a fast-paced distribution environment.
