Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports and other analysis reports to ensure high-quality financial information.
- Assist the Regional Supply Chain DC Controller, Regional Supply Chain Manager, and DC Operations Manager by conducting financial analysis to improve business profitability and efficiency, follow up on the main scorecard of supply chain, investigate reasons, and track actions.
- Communicate financial performance with functional managers and employees.
- Monitor the indirect sourcing process to ensure the Epiroc Way is followed.
- Work in close cooperation with the accounting team and local supply chain team.
- Support the setup of the internal control system, document, and implement improvements for the entity.
- Support the Regional Supply Chain Manager and coordinate local managers for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate cross-functionally in the planning process and follow up on financial outcomes.
- Prepare data for CRM, LRM, and BRM.
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and regulations.
- Perform additional duties relevant to the function in the region/sub-region/country as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in controlling, finance, and accounting.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Special knowledge, certification, or licenses in Finance/Controlling is an asset.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems; proficiency in BI tools and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes.
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other accounting standards.
- Good English and local language communication skills, both verbal and written.
- College degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
