DBA Lead

For our client, we are seeking a DBA Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will guide database administration strategy and ensure the reliability, stability, and operational health of critical database environments. You will partner closely with technical architects, infrastructure teams, and product stakeholders to support releases, improve hosted architectures, and drive database infrastructure enhancements. The position also combines hands-on technical leadership with mentoring responsibilities across complex database operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,400 – $192,300 annually Responsibilities Ensure the maintenance, stability, and operational health of all databases and related technologies. Mitigate customer-impacting issues and support product and infrastructure releases. Provide strategic direction for hosted database architectures and assess product requirements. Lead research into new technologies and recommend database infrastructure changes. Review, implement, and sign off on enhancements to systems and back-office environments. Provide technical leadership and mentoring on complex database topics. Engage with Technical Architects to provide designs and guidance for Database Operations. Qualifications 7+ years of database administration experience. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required.
