Daytime Team Member

General Overview

We are looking for people that have open availability and a flexible schedule - we need Team Members who can work the hours of 7am to 4pm without restrictions. Generous hourly wages PLUS TIPS!

Responsibilities

• Help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
• Be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Qualifications

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
