About the role
We are hiring Team Members to join our team and become ultimate ambassadors of our brand. We strive to create a highly productive environment with a motivated team to ensure an extraordinary guest experience.
IMMEDIATELY HIRING — We are looking for people that have open availability and a flexible schedule. We need Team Members who can work during our business hours of 7am to 4pm. Generous hourly wages PLUS TIPS!
Responsibilities
- Help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
- Ensure Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
- Greet and engage the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
- Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
- Perform opening and/or closing duties.
- Perform store checklist tasks.
- Show up on time and ready to work.
- Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
Requirements
- Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
- At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
- Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
- Passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
