About the role

We are looking for Production Associates, Donation Attendants, Sales Floor Associates, and Cashiers to support Goodwill’s mission. Your work helps change the lives of people with barriers to employment while providing opportunities to learn, grow, and develop strong customer service skills.

• Production Associates: Price donations according to guidelines to maximize mission funding. Maintain an efficient flow of donations to ensure a smooth customer experience on the sales floor. Each day brings new discoveries in our production area.
• Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors while accepting donations. Sort incoming donations to keep the production area organized and deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members.
• Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor to make it easy for customers to find what they need. Serve as ambassadors for Goodwill by providing outstanding customer service and answering questions about our mission.
• Cashiers: Build relationships with customers, process sales transactions accurately, and share how purchases support job training and employment programs. Customer service excellence is key.

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.

Pay

Starting rate: $15.00 per hour. Compensation within the range considers education, experience, internal equity, and market demands. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive plans, though participation does not guarantee payment.
