Daytime Resident Experience Associate

About the role

The Daytime Resident Experience Associate sets the tone before most of the team arrives, interacts with residents during their busiest morning hours, blends leasing support with concierge‑level hospitality, focuses on resident retention through personalized service, and handles front‑desk operations that keep a Class A community running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leasing leads and coordinate tours with the leasing team to convert prospect traffic into signed leases.
• Manage day‑to‑day front‑desk operations: receiving and tracking packages, processing club‑room reservations, scheduling freight elevator use, and handling resident communications.
• Build resident relationships by learning names, preferences, and providing personalized, proactive service that supports retention, renewals, referrals, and positive reviews.
• Contribute to a polished community presentation and assist with additional resident‑experience initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in hospitality, retail, hotel, or travel environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with software, apps, and property‑management platforms.
• Sharp professional presentation and an eye for detail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (package volume during peak seasons is real).
• Willingness to obtain a leasing license within the first 90 days of employment.

Pay

The hourly rate ranges from $23.08 to $23.97.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM.
