Responsibilities
- Assist in the food preparation for the restaurant before we open.
- Delivers finished menu items to guest’s home or office.
- Accepts payment for food upon delivery.
- Keeps car clean and in good working condition.
- Keeps pace with incoming delivery orders.
- Knows menu and able to describe items.
- Assists in answering phone, taking orders, doorhanging and kitchen duties as needed, including dishwashing and trash disposal.
- Assists in making pizza sauce and folding boxes.
- Assists in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
- Completes opening and/or closing checklists.
- Other duties as assigned by Company Management.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and liability insurance.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good driving record.
- Safety-first mentality.
Pay
Compensation is $11/hr whether you are in the store or not, there is no split rate. You receive $2.00 for every delivery taken, which is 100% of the delivery fee that is charged. All credit card and cash tips you receive during the day are cashed out at the end of your shift. You will also receive a payroll check weekly.
Schedule
With some effort, the delivery driver position is often one of the more profitable ones at this location and we have multiple opportunities on multiple shifts available.
