Daytime Babysitter for Young Children

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter to provide attentive supervision for our three children aged 2, 4, and 7 years old in Washington, DC.

Schedule

Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
• Facilitate educational and age-appropriate activities.
• Transport children using the family vehicle:
  • Drop off the 2 and 4-year-old at daycare by 7:45 AM.
  • Drop off the 7-year-old at BC afterward.
  • Pick up the younger children at 5 PM and the eldest at 6 PM.
• Assist with homework and engage in enriching activities.
• Provide diaper changes for the 2-year-old.
• Monitor potty time for the 2 and 4-year-olds every two hours.
• Support the bedtime routine after 7 PM.
• Clean up after meals and activities.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.

No pets are present in the home.
