About the role

Caregivers on our registry are independent contractors who can choose their assignments, work flexible hours based on their availability, and earn competitive market rates. With Griswold Care Pairing of Chester and Lancaster County, seniors can live in the home that they love while receiving the assistance they need. Our office is looking for individuals with a heart of gold and a passion for making a difference. Providing excellent caregivers to our clients is one of our greatest assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to clients in Chester and Lancaster Counties, including West Chester, Malvern, Berwyn, Devon, King of Prussia, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Honey Brook, Chester Springs, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Oxford, Avondale, Kennett Square, Landenberg, and more!
• Live-in caregivers must have a State ID and be available to work in Lancaster County.
• Hourly caregivers must have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience with caregiving
• A driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for hourly caregivers; a State ID for live-in caregivers
• Car insurance
• Criminal background check and child abuse clearance
• TB test or chest x-ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Test

Pay

Suggested rate based on market research is $18.00 per hour (hourly) and $180.00 per day (live-in).
