Duties

• Provide nutritional, environmental and social support services.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment through housekeeping activities.
• Plan and prepare meals as needed.
• Participate in supportive activities to promote or maintain the client’s independence.
• Communicate significant changes in the client’s status or family.
• Record activities as directed.

Responsibilities (Vary By Client)

• Follow a designated work plan.
• Perform housekeeping activities to maintain a clean environment.
• Prepare and serve meals, following dietary needs.
• Engage in activities to support the client’s independence.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition or family status.
• Keep records of daily activities.

Requirements

• Caring and dependable personality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (not optional).
• At least 18 years old.
