As a Dayforce Manager, you will lead Dayforce-enabled transformation efforts to help clients modernize HR, payroll, and workforce processes. You will manage implementation and optimization activities, advise stakeholders on functional solutions, and deliver quality outcomes across complex HCM programs. This role involves collaboration across business and technology teams to support solution design, issue resolution, client engagement, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Dayforce implementation, enhancement, and support activities across HR, payroll, time, and related HCM business processes.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and translate business needs into scalable functional solutions.
  • Oversee functional design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution activities to support quality delivery and operational readiness.
  • Manage project teams, mentor practitioners, and coordinate workstreams to support timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Contribute to practice growth through solution development, client relationship management, and support for proposals or business development activities.

Deloitte's Human Capital practice helps organizations transform the way they manage their workforce, payroll, and HR operations. Our HR Strategy & Technology professionals work across HR transformation, HCM platforms, workforce technology, and enterprise modernization to help clients improve business processes and enable sustainable change. Team members collaborate across disciplines to deliver complex programs, develop innovative solutions, and support client transformation priorities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing Dayforce or similar human capital management technology solutions
  • 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional design, system configuration, or deployment activities
  • Experience leading project teams or workstreams for human capital management technology implementations
  • Experience with testing, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and deployment support for enterprise technology programs
  • Experience with human capital management business processes, including human resources, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, or talent management
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting full life cycle Dayforce implementations
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Experience with system upgrades, integrations, or enhancement roadmaps
  • Dayforce or Ceridian certification
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is $141,200 to $278,300. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, where an award, if any, depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
