In this role, you will work with project teams and client stakeholders to support interface design, data conversion, testing, and ongoing optimization activities. You will help deliver scalable solutions that align business requirements with integration and data management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce integration and data management workstreams by gathering requirements, documenting interface specifications, and assisting with solution design.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, and validation activities to support data conversion, migration, and ongoing interface operations.
• Support development and testing activities for integrations, data exchanges, and data management processes across HR, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Investigate interface and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution activities with project teams and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to project planning, status reporting, documentation, and client training to support successful deployment and operational readiness.

Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years of experience with human capital management integrations, interfaces, or data management activities
• 2+ years of experience supporting Dayforce or similar human
