This is a broad opportunity covering a range of Dayforce specialisms and levels of experience. Depending on your background, you could work across Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM), Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Reporting, Integrations, Data or other Dayforce solutions.You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to implementation, optimisation and transformation projects across different clients and industries while continuing to develop your Dayforce and consulting expertise. What you’ll be doingDiscovery & Solution DesignFacilitate workshops to understand client requirements, challenges and business processes.Gather, analyse and document functional and technical requirements.Support future-state process and solution design.Advise clients on Dayforce capabilities, good practice and opportunities for improvement.Translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Dayforce Configuration & DeliveryConfigure and support Dayforce solutions based on agreed requirements.Contribute to implementation, enhancement and optimisation projects.Review solution designs and validate configurations.Support reporting, data validation and reconciliation.Contribute to integrations, data migration and technical activities where relevant to your expertise. Testing & DeploymentSupport Parallel Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Create and execute test scenarios and scripts.Investigate issues and support defect resolution.Contribute to cutover, deployment and go-live activities.Support post-go-live stabilisation, hypercare and client adoption. Client ConsultingBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders.Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate progress, risks and recommendations clearly.Manage stakeholder expectations effectively.Bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to client challenges. Practice ContributionShare knowledge and experience across the wider Dayforce practice.Contribute to reusable assets, templates and best practices.Participate in internal learning and development.Stay current with Dayforce product developments and industry trends.Help us continue to develop and grow our North American capability. What we’re looking forEssentialExperience working with Dayforce, whether as an implementation consultant, support consultant, system administrator or experienced client-side practitioner.Experience across one or more Dayforce areas such as Payroll, WFM, Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Reporting, Integrations or Data.Understanding of HR, Payroll and/or Workforce Management processes.Experience supporting implementations, enhancements, optimization or transformation initiatives.Knowledge of configuration, testing, data validation and issue resolution.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working directly with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts and end users.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements and constructively challenge existing processes.Confidence working in client-facing project environments.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider project teams.Willingness to travel to client sites when project requirements call for it. DesirableDayforce certification(s).Experience working with US and/or North American clients.Knowledge of US and/or Canadian Payroll processes and requirements.US payroll credentials such as PayrollOrg FPC or CPP, particularly for Payroll-focused opportunities.Experience across multiple Dayforce modules.Previous consulting or professional-services experience.
